Mold often hides behind walls, under floors, or within HVAC systems, going unnoticed it until it's a big enough problem. Using our three-step process, we detect mold early, saving you thousands of dollars in future repairs.

1. On-Site Air Sampling with Professional Equipment

We'll come to your home and use a professional-grade device designed to collect airborne mold spores. This device operates by drawing in air and capturing microscopic particles, including mold spores, onto a sampling cassette. These machines are calibrated to the lab's equipment to ensure accurate results. Testing usually takes around 15 minutes total.

2. Laboratory Analysis with AI-Powered Precision

We'll drop off the samples at the lab where a certified lab technician and AI reviews the samples. The lab is able to both identify and quantify mold spores (see this sample report). By utilizing AI, results can be provided in under 48 hours with more accurately than traditional labs, which typically need about two-weeks to provide results.

3. Comprehensive, Easy-to-Understand Reporting

After analysis, we provide you with a detailed report that outlines the types and amounts of mold spores detected in your home. The report includes a color-coded interpretation of the results.

  • Green – Not Evident

  • Yellow – Slightly Evident

  • Orange – Moderately Evident

  • Red – Significantly Evident

4. Extra step (if you can see the mold)

If the mold is visible or you see something that looks a little like mold, we can do a swab sample to ensure we have the best data to work with.

If Mold is Found:

Within 48 hours you'll have a details breakdown of the results and a full interpretation. If mold is found in the house our team will work with you to understand implications and help you decide what the best next steps are to get rid of the mold.
